Roger Santet is a murderer sprung from prison by the Sicilian clan headed by the aging Vittorio Manalese. They conspire to steal a cache of stones. The mobster friend Tony Nicosia suggests that a better way to find the stones is to hijack the transportation airplane whenever it's en route to New York Since they are preparing for that heist. The inspector Le Goff is currently using the resources to thwart their plans.
