Michelle Yeoh plays Lulu Wong, a rockstar and philanthropist daily, and a superheroine, Silver Hawk, who fights injustice in skin tight black leather ensemble because of her alter ego. Richie Ren plays with police officers Richman, who has extraordinary wit along with an uncanny instinct, but he despises Silver Hawk for being consistently two steps before law enforcement. Both of these however join hands to fight a baddie, Wolfe (Luke Goss) who wishes to dominate the world through a particular micro chip in mobile phones which can broadcast subliminal message to users.
