Shindig! Is an American musical variety series which aired in September 16, 1964 to January 8, 1966. The show was hosted by Jimmy O'Neill at the time who created the show along with production executive Art Stolnitz and his wife Sharon Sheeley. The pilot had been made by ABC and also David Sontag Executive Producer of ABC, re-developed and re designed the show. A pilot using a cast of artists had been shot starring Sam Cooke.
