If Hannah's parents took her '' said it was to give a start to her. Hannah is 1-1 for her illness, unable to speak. She had a double Angel, but Hannah was prohibited to grieve by her parents punished when she sought comfort in the sister's stuff when Angel expired. Now Hannah lives locked inside a lifetime of despair, which she worries will end at the hands of her parents. But when a knife keeps appearing under her pillow, and a voice which she believes is inside her mind wont leave her alone, Hannah begins to realise that just maybe, she may have an ally not of this world, but fear paralyses her.
