After being kidnapped by the cult Gorgom at the nights the 19th birthday, Nobuhiko Akizuki and step brothers Kohtaro Minami were filed to a cyborg operation with the objective to become the candidates to the Gorgom Creation King. Both are called Century Kings and are destined to best each other in a battle - whoever wins will turn into the Creation King.
