Hazel is an American sitcom about a fictional maid named her employers, the Baxters along with Hazel Burke. Even the five-season series aired from September 28, 1961 before April 1 1, 1966 and was produced by Screen Gems. The show aired on NBC then, and for the initial four seasons on CBS for the final season. The very first season, except for a single color incident was in color, the remainder in white and black. The show was based on the favorite comic strip by cartoonist Ted Key, which emerged in the Saturday Evening Post.
