Families was a comedy drama written by Ben Elton that emerged in 1985 on the BBC and also told the story of the dysfunctional Fuddle family. It starred Jennifer Saunders Dawn French as the Cook and Adrian Edmondson, as Granny Fuddle as her imbecilic grandson Guy. The plot consisted to locate his four sisters - played by Saunders - for a family reunion.
