Linda Blair plays with a young woman who needs to serve 18 months in prison after killing a guy and driving drunk, Carol. Where the other female inmates are sadistic crack-selling lesbian rapists, the prison turns out to be teeming with corruption, decadence and sleaze and warden and the guards are no better.
