The brilliant poet Ishikawa Takuboku, that's battling monetarily, starts an investigative organization out of his accommodations in feedback to a particular murder situation. He calls it the Woodpecker Investigative's Office. "The ghosts of the Twelve-Story Tower in Asakusa," "the man-eating number who strays the streets on snowy nights"...
