The events of the movie take place in the Midwest against the backdrop of a murderous rampage that is widely believed to have been planned and carried out by a demonic sect. After attending a heavy metal concert together and forming relationships with three aspiring artists, three of the girls' best friends embark on a road journey to one of their other friend's rural home for an afterparty. A night filled with revelry and teenage recklessness takes a sinister turn when bodies begin to pile up and each side believes the other conceals the perpetrator of the murders.
