CIA agent Alice Racine is forced to live as a caseworker at London after neglecting to apprehend the terrorist behind a Paris attack which claimed dozens of lives. Whenever the CIA discovers that another attack is imminent her mentor unexpectedly takes her straight back. Alice learns that the information she's uncovered has been compromised. Running for her life, she turns to a soldier to help her avert a mortal attack on London's taxpayers.
