Tom Sawyer, a naughty young boy, observes the deadly Injun Joe commit a murder. Tom befriends Huckleberry Finn, a young man without a future or a family. Tom is forced to choose between upholding a friendship and an oath when the town's alcoholic is arrested for murder. Tom and Huck embark on a number of expeditions in search of evidence.
