Tang Lung takes place in Rome to help his cousins. They have been forced to offer their property. If Tang arrives he introduces a threat that is new to the syndicate, and they're not able to conquer him. The syndicate boss hires the very Japanese and European martial artists to fight Tang, but he easily finishes them off.
