In the midst of the drought and water shortages, the NSW state has unveiled plans to tap into and recycle millions of liters of water trapped within a network of deserted train tunnels just under the center of Sydney. The federal government suddenly goes cold on the master plan and it is perhaps not made public . There is talk of people using the tunnel as shelter going lost, even though the government claims there are no displaced people in there. This, and the silence by the officials and ministers, directs a journalist, Natasha to commence an investigation. She and her team Pete (Producer), Steve (camera man ) and Tangles (Sound Technichian) choose to investigate the story in the tunnel.
