David Cuevas is a family guy who supports his family by working as a tax collector for high-ranking gang members in the Los Angeles area. Together with his partner Creeper, he travels all around the city to make collections and ensures that individuals pay up or face punishment. An old danger has reappeared in Los Angeles, and it puts everything that David cares about in jeopardy.
