A chemical spill has led to Beverly Hills' residents to be evacuated. A retiring football player left behind, discovers that the gas emulating from the spill is still a front to get a heist setup by stunt out police officers to plunder the town of its valuables. Finding himself siding with a cop that was of this plan until he detected the mayor of the city had been dismissed, by one of the crooks in charge. Both on the run without help in sight. . .both need to do anything they can to avoid these murderous looters.
