After directing a jury to erroneously sentence a guy, Abigail enters her new teaching job at the law faculty with a new found commitment to ethics. When she takes over her class, Vincent, an intensely ambitious student who is going to do anything is included by it. When Abigail fails Vincent simplifies that he will stop at nothing to get what he wants. As Vincent's devious plot begins to unravel, she needs to take her life into her hands, or it will be taken himself by Vincent.
