Based upon the 1930's comic stripthat puts up the hero against his archenemy, Shiwan Khan, who intends to take over the entire world by holding a city to ransom working with an atom bomb. Using his powers of invisibility and also"The power to cloud men's minds", the Shadow comes blazing into the city's saving with results.
