A college girl brought home an ancient rope from a camping trip to use to secure her damaged rucksack, unaware that the rope had been used to hang a disgraced professor decades previously. The scholar's spirit reappears at her school and befriends her and her two companions, teaching them the value of academic achievement, love, family, and friendship.
