The Care Bears have their work cut out for these, because Nicolas, a former magician's assistant, is going to fall under the evil influence of a bad spirit who resides within a ancient magical book -- it sounds Nicolas will do just about anything to friends. Aside from Nicolas, Kim and Jason are in some trouble because they're starting to not trust people after suffering many disappointments.
