Cable guy Processor comes to hook him up -- and does not let go, when recently single Steven moves to his flat. Initially, Chip is overzealous in his desire to be the pal of Steven, however when Steven attempts to get rid of the'friendship', his dark side is shown by Chip. He begins stalking Steven, who's left to fend for himself because no one can believe Chip's capable of this behavior.
