School is out, and three girls head to the beach for holiday season. Two of the girls are that make an effort to loosen up. When the nearsighted, drug smuggling Captain Bly dumps his cargo of marijuana, the bales wash up on shore. The two party girls spirit back it into the shore house, where a party is fueled by it with passersby, delivery persons, along with misfits and immediately stuff the dope.
