Under cover cop Lucas White joins Vin Serento's manhunter gang of illegal street racers. They're fast and they are mad and so they plan to doublecross manhunter crime kingpin Juan Carlos de la Sol who hides his profit a Taco Bell that is downtown. The gang's eccentric plan is as daring as it will watch the darn restaurant being towed by them, in speeds and is ridiculous.
