A comedy about the unexpected friendship between a struggling stand-up comedian from Los Angeles who is forced to relocate back home to Eastern Long Island with his tail between his legs, and a tragically damaged but attractive and charismatic alcoholic dermatologist. Each provides the other with healing as well as the confidence to face their "failures" in life, after discovering that they are kindred souls.
