Young horror film actress Rose Hepburn goes back to her deserted hotel room. She is locked on the 12th floor with an odd stranger after being forced to utilize the antiquated freight elevator. As the storm approaches and cell phone service is lost, tensions increase when Rose realizes the man in question is actually Daniel Reed, the film's camera operator and the subject of her seeming obsession. There are some hard realities and actions that begin to surface as the elevator hovers dangerously, ready to plummet at any minute.
