A Reno singer witnesses a gang murder and the cops put her at a nunnery to protect her against the Devil's hitmen. The mother does not trust , and takes steps to limit her influence. Eventually the singer rescues the neglecting choir and begins helping with community projects, which gets her a meeting on television --and diagnosis by the Devil.
