A group of delinquents have been sent to wash the Blackwell Hotel. Little do they understand psychopath Jacob Goodnight has holed away in the hotel that is rotting. When among these adolescents is caught, those who remain -- a group which has the cop who put a bullet in good night's head band together to live against the killer.
