When a gorgeous first-grade teacher finds a prep school, she soon attracts the attention of an ambitious teenager called Max, who falls deeply in love with her. Max turns for suggestions for how to ditch the instructor to the dad of 2 of his school mates. However, the problem soon becomes complicated once the new friend of Max becomes involved with her, setting both pals against individual at a warfare to get her attention.
