This rock opera tells the narrative of one year at the life of a bunch of bohemians struggling in modern day East Village, New York, USA. The narrative centers on Mark and Roger. While a former tragedy has made Roger numb to life, Mark tries to capture it through his attempts. In the past year that follows, the group deals with love, loss, HIV/AIDS, and modern everyday life.
