This actioner is placed in a remote populated area in Northern California where their illegal plants are raised by bud growers and run communities together with wealth and their terrorist tactics. The story focuses around a daring New York cop's efforts to spare one community that is such by the tyranny of their pot growers. It begins with a surveyor who's directing the crooked sheriff of the town to a marijuana field he has just discovered. Before he can get there, the surveyor is killed. A boy, joshua, sees the execution and attempts to return in time to tell his parents. Unfortunately, his family is murdered by the natives and throw him off a cliff. The boy's aunt, at not hearing from her family worried, gets suspicious and asks NY cop Joe Dillon, a classic flame, to investigate. The city sheriff isn't pleased by his own invasion and warns him to stay out of it. Dillon disobeys, and that's where most of the activity stems in.
