After Charles Forsyth was delivered to the electric chair for a crime he did not commit, he haunts the prison where he was executed. Flash forward several years when the prison is re opened, under its warden Eaton Sharpe, a former security guard that styled Charlie's constraint. When inmates are arranged to break the wall down to the implementation space, they release the spirit of Charles Forsyth, a powerful being distributing his anger leading to the Warden himself.
