Tom Lawrence, a nervous high school senior, visits Port Chester University and is directed by fraternity wild man Droz and his housemates in The Pit. They have to contend with spiteful preppy Rand McPherson and the school's tough president. With their house in jeopardy, Droz and his friends decide to organize a wild party where all the factions will clash.
