Laura and Bruno, a middle-aged suburban couple, decide to give their deteriorating marriage one last try when they are given a romantic getaway for two as an anniversary present. When Laura and Bruno visit the mountain retreat led by the charismatic guru Bjorg Rassmussen, they are thrust uncomfortably into a world of laughter workshops, tantric dancing, sexual emancipation, and emotional animals.
