Rose Loomis along with her older, gloomier husband, George, are vacationing at a cabin in Niagara Falls, N.Y.. The bunch educated Ray and Polly Cutler, who are honeymooning in the area. Polly begins to imagine that something is amiss between Rose and George, along with also her suspicions grow if she sees Rose at another man's arms. Things between Rose and George soon have a dark turn while Ray initially thinks Polly is overreacting.
