Christie Parson is haunted by visions of the drowning death of her father. Mother and daughter are at odds over whether or not the incident was accidental. Following her and tormenting her is an unknown figure with a cloak. Even after her partner saw the figure, no one believes her. It lurks in the town morgue operated by Hank Andrews, his deranged son, and both are working on rituals to resurrect Dr. Parson's spirit in an attempt to bring him back to life. Christie has being harassed by an unknown individual.
