As a young child living in Africa, Jill Young saw while protecting gorillas from poachers headed by Andrei Strasser her mommy killed. Now an adult, Jill cares about an orphaned gorilla called Joe. After Gregg O'Hara finds that the creature and arrives from California that he convinces Jill that Joe could be safest at his wild life refuge. However, Strasser follows to the U.S., intent on shooting Joe for himself.
