Stevie is a candy 13-year-old about to burst. His mom is loving and cautious, but just a tad too severe. His government is really a barbarous and taciturn bully. Thus Stevie searches his Los Angeles suburb for somewhere to belong. He sees it at the Motor Avenue shop.
