Jegal Gil (Jung Woo) was a member of the national taekwondo team until he provoked an unprecedented incident that resulted in his expulsion. As a mental coach for the national team, Jegal Gil now enters the athlete's village. He starts to collaborate with the athletes, especially Cha Ga-Eul (Lee Yoo-Mi). Cha Ga-Eul is a speed short-track skater. She won gold at the world championships, but she is currently trapped in a slump. She rarely expresses her emotions to other people. In the meantime, Jegal Gil is antagonistic towards Ku Tae-Man (Kwon Yool), the director of the human rights center at the athletic organization (Kwon Yool).
