Football captain, Danny'Mean Machine' Meehan, is thrown in jail. He keeps his head and it has the opportunity to forget everything and transform these prisoners' lifestyles. When these prisoners have the opportunity to place one within the wicked guards during a prison football game, Danny takes the lead.
