During Algeria's battle for independence from France, a young Frenchman from Geneva who is a member of a right-wing terrorist organisation meets and falls in love with a young woman who is a member of a left-wing terrorist group. Complications arise when the individual is suspected of being a double agent by his terrorist group's members.
