A Tokyo business man (Hiroshi Hada), transferred to L.A, molests a teenage girl on the railway. It turns out that your ex may be the daughter of a vice cop. But in one of those plot twists that could occur in the pictures, the cop has been assigned to find the business man's own daughter who is kidnapped and forced into a teen prostitution ring.
