On the outskirts of the city, the Vienna possesses a saloon frequented by the region's undesirables, including Dancin' Kid and his group. Still another patron of the establishment of Vienna is Johnny Guitar, a former gunslinger and her lover. After a heist is pulled around that ends in the death of a man, Emma Small, the rival of Vienna, rallies the townsfolk to take revenge on Vienna's saloon -- without evidence of her wrongdoing.
