Charlie Lang is a New York City cop. Lang offers her half the winnings of his lottery ticket, If he realizes he has no money to trick waitress Yvonne Biasi. Amazingly, the ticket appears for a winner, at the sum of $4 million. True to his word, Lang proceeds to share the prize money with Biasi, which infuriates his greedy wife. Not satisfied with the deal, Muriel begins scheming to carry all the cash.
