Eddie Lomax (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is a drifter who was at a suicidal funk since the passing of his friend Johnny (Danny Trejo). Driving his bike to a little town where Johnny once dwelt, Lomax is faced by a gang of toughs, who steal his bike and beat him. However, Lomax isn't a guy to take an injustice lying down, and so on he begins exacting a barbarous revenge on the men who stole his bicycle, with local aide Jubal Early (Pat Morita) lending a hand and several area ladies offering comfort and assistance.
