Horton the elephant finds a shout from help coming from a speck of dust one afternoon. Even though he can not see anybody on the speck, he decides to make it to. The speck of dust is home to the Whos, who live in their city of Whoville, as it happens. Horton agrees to help safeguard the Whos and their Residence
