Maddie heads home for the holidays to acquire view, after stepping down as CEO of her fantasy job. She finds herself running in her old high school sweetheart Carter, and tensions arise. When forced to gather a Christmas dance for the neighborhood senior high school, Maddie and Carter end up putting their differences aside and reevaluate that which made them fall in love all those years ago.
