In the United States, Hero: 108 is a British animated television series that airs on Cartoon Network, the Cartoon Network international cable network, and the Kabillion OnDemand channel. Yang-Ming Tarng conceived the series, which is co-produced by Gamania, Hong Ying Animation, Taffy Entertainment, Telegael Teoranta, and MoonScoop Group. The series is animated at Mike Young Productions in Los Angeles. It premiered on March1, 2010 and is presently shown in the United Kingdom on weekdays at 4:00 p.m. The show was renewed for a second season, which premiered on Cartoon Network UK on May 7, 2012, Cartoon Network Too on April 30, and Cartoon Network in the United States on June 4, 2012. The series has not been broadcast in Canada.
