Gurukant Desai comes a village in Gujarat, from Idhar, but dreams of setting up his business. After he returns from Turkey , he arrives at Mumbai to start his own enterprise and marries Sujatha for getting the dowry. This film chronicles the obstacles he matches, his subsequent rise and the massive backlash he receives once it is demonstrated he used unethical means to go up in the business circuit.
