Dr Simon Helder, sentenced to a insane asylum for crimes against humanity, recognises its manager as the brilliant Baron Frankenstein, the man whose work he had been trying to conceal until his imprisonment. Frankenstein utilises Helder knowledge to get a project he has been focusing for some time. He is currently assembling a man from organs extracted from offenders in the asylum. And the Baron will resort to murder to get the specimens for his most ambitious project.
