Brennick and his family are still on the run seven years after the events of the first Fortress film. At long last, they cave in and surrender, only to find themselves imprisoned in a new, more advanced fortress prison in outer space as a result. but with a 10-year-old kid waiting for him back on earth, Brennick isn't about to give up without a fight, and he intends to launch a major offensive against the evil business.
